**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Document damaged, worn, or broken parts. Conduct preventative maintenance functions. - Collaborate with other technicians to analyze and resolve complex problems - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times **Hard Skills** + Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems + Ability to read blueprints + Related experience preferably in a manufacturing or production environment + Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery using specialized tools and equipment **Soft Skills** + Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions + Effective communication skills to interact with team members **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Burlington, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** The current opening is at the main facility located at 701 Black Hawk Dr, Burlington, WI. This facility is a GMP environment that is climate controlled. The maintenance team covers 6:45 AM to 5 PM, and this candidate will be covering 8 of those hours and working up to 50 hours a week. The facility packages a variety of food products (rice, popcorn, spices, etc.) and has 8 production lines with super sack fed gravity packaging machines.
