**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** - Inspect, diagnose, and perform necessary repairs of defective or worn components of crushers, graders, mills, kilns, cranes, and other industrial machinery - Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs of all equipment contained on site - Responsible for the overall performance of equipment and vehicles - Operate machine tools, including drills, saws, welders, hand tools, and cutting tools - Be available for on-call duty required **Hard Skills** + Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience + Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, bend, and climb for most of the day + Operate various shop tools including cutters, drill press, band saw, and welding tools **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in North Grafton, Massachusetts. **Work Environment** Manufacturing environment, not temperature controlled so it can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Can also sometimes get dusty from the material so need to be comfortable with that. 1st shift M-F 7am-3pm (occasional Saturdays required & occasional on call which is rare) $25-32/hr based on experience 2nd shift M-TH 2pm-12am (occasional Friday required & occasional on call which is rare) $27-34/hr based on experience **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
