**Maintenance Mechanic** **Company Description:** We are dedicated to technological leadership in the development and production of high quality rubber compounds. Our approach involves integration of materials, recipe, mixing, customer specifications and customer processes to arrive at high quality solutions at the best cost. **Job Description:** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a Custom Mix Rubber Manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing essential equipment to ensure smooth production operations. **Job Duties:** · Maintain and repair equipment including: Mixers, Extruders, Calenders, Rubber Mills, Conveyors (Belt, Festoon, Auger, and fluidizing), Dust Collectors and Air Handling Equipment, Air Compressors and Air Dryers, Lake Pumps and Chillers, Lifting Devices (Chain Hoists – Electric and Manual), Lift Trucks · Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Tasks to prevent production downtime. · Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdowns. · Apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. · Industrial maintenance · Machinery experience · PLC experience (preferred but not required) · Electrical systems · Mechanical systems · Fluid power systems **Shift and Pay:** · Pay: $23-$32/hr · 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday) · Will be required to train on 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday –Friday). · Typical work week: 45-50 hours. · Overtime may be required, including 10-hour days and potential Saturday work if a machine goes down at the end of a shift. **Position Requirements:** · Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience. **Company Benefits:** · Full benefits- 401K match, dental, medical, vision · 4 month contract to hire **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
