Maintenance Mechanic
**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of hydraulic equipment and other machinery used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic equipment and other machinery. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with hydraulic systems. + Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. + Collaborate with other staff and production teams to minimize downtime. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. **Essential Skills** + Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment. + Experience as a maintenance technician. + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Familiarity with blueprint reading and PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trustworthiness. + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. + Ability to stand, walk, and work in various positions for extended periods. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a retirement plan. The facility is well-organized and operates Monday-Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional shifts on Fridays.
