**Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintenance technicians will conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment. They will be responsible for repairing and maintaining conveyor systems, electrical components, gear boxes, VFDs, motors, pumps, and more. They will work as a team and independently when required. They will track repairs and communicate with management when machines need priority maintenance. LOTO, PLCs, PMs, and emergency repairs are critically important on a daily basis. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment. + Repair and maintain conveyor systems, electrical components, gear boxes, VFDs, motors, and pumps. + Work collaboratively as a team and independently when required. + Track repairs and communicate with management about priority maintenance needs. + Perform LOTO, PLC troubleshooting, and emergency repairs regularly. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting machinery with and without documentation. + Tracking preventive maintenance on machines using a CMMS system. + PLC troubleshooting, including ladder logic and electrical schematics. + Welding skills. + Sanitary welding experience. + Controls experience. + Robotics experience. + Previous food production experience. **Why Work Here?** Multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to choose from.
