The Maintenance Mechanic for Pall is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation within our Timonium, Maryland team. An associate in this role possesses skills to keep manufacturing machines in working order and in compliance with a focus on Environmental Health, Safety (EHS) and Quality in all Maintenance activities. Monitors related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Installs, modifies, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. This incumbent must be team oriented and willing to assist others on the maintenance team, production lines, contractors, etc. in achieving corporate and site goals around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
The role is on-site in Timonium, MD, and follows a C shift schedule. Typical work hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Install, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls while troubleshooting hydraulics, electronics and software, as well as electrical systems.Demonstrate fabrication and machining skills, including being knowledgeable and able to work on pneumatic, hydraulic, and piping systems.Complete planned and preventative procedures while maintaining records and reports of service/work performed inside AMMS management system.The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.Five (5) years related maintenance and/or electrical work experience.Ability to read part manuals, assembly instructions, technical documents, blueprints and troubleshooting guidesPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
