Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: + **Performing scheduled maintenance and addressing breakdowns of production equipment.** + **Assisting with the setup and changeover of production lines.** + **Fabricating necessary machine parts and assembling machines when required.** + **Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately to ensure precise maintenance and repairs.** **What You Bring:** + **5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience (60/40 mechanical).** + **Expertise in metals and proficiency in fabrication.** + **Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.** + **Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.** + **Skills in welding and industrial maintenance.** + **Experience with PLC troubleshooting and plastics, specifically cold forming.** **Additional Perks:** + **Reimbursement for steel-toed boots.** + **Uniforms provided to protect your personal clothing.** + **A bonus of 5% of earnings for hourly employees.** + **Accrued time off credited for the time you were on contract.** + **Holiday bonuses ranging from $100 to $350.** **Work Environment:** You’ll be working with conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
