Job Description:

About the Role: 

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will provide support to the plant by working with the Maintenance Team to ensure all equipment is running properly by: 

Possessing a good understanding of 480-volt 3 PH electricity to troubleshoot for repairs/replacementsExercising basic welding and possess the willingness to expand on these skills to include different types of welding (TIG and MIG)Handling all facets of repairs to the plant, building, grounds, and production equipmentAssisting in the installation, operation, and maintenance of all new equipment 

Important Details: This is a full-time hourly position at a food manufacturing facility that operates Monday-Friday, on 2nd shift, with some overtime. There may be a need to visit/work on other shifts for training and developmental purposes.  

About You: 

You’ll fit right in if you have: 

A high school diploma or equivalentDemonstrated experience working on and troubleshooting industrial machinery.Maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment - Food Manufacturing a plusProven experience following instructions and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
