**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for repairing machines, focusing on 80% electrical and 20% mechanical work on electronic units. The role requires reading and interpreting pneumatic, electric, and ladder diagrams, and troubleshooting electronic equipment such as sensors, counters, power supplies, displays, PLCs, and HMIs. The position also involves small electrical installations for 120, 240, and 480 volts and requires knowledge in electric VFDs, DC drives, and motors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair machines with a focus on 80% electrical and 20% mechanical work on electronic units.
+ Read and interpret pneumatic, electric, and ladder diagrams.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment including sensors, counters, power supplies, displays, PLCs, and HMIs.
+ Conduct small electrical installations for 120, 240, and 480 volts.
+ Apply knowledge in electric VFDs, DC drives, and motors.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic.
+ Strong ability to repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting pneumatic, electric, and ladder diagrams.
+ Experience with electronic equipment such as sensors, counters, power supplies, displays, PLCs, and HMIs.
+ Knowledge of electric VFDs, DC drives, and motors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical issues.
+ Experience with small electrical installations.
+ Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
