**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintenance mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a brand new facility in Franklin. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment, including blades, conveyers, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machines, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Handle 480v electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair. + Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. **Essential Skills** + Industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience. + Proficiency in 480v electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Strong mechanical skills. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Preventive maintenance expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with a variety of food processing equipment. + Ability to work overtime as needed. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a brand new facility with all tools provided. The facility maintains a temperature of 55 degrees. Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms are supplied, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves.
