**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Mechanic/Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing facilities. The Maintenance Team is responsible for routine maintenance procedures and troubleshooting complex issues with equipment in the manufacturing process and the facility. This role involves working on, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of production equipment, including industrial blenders, mixers, automated and manual packaging equipment, robotic equipment, pumps, valves, and pressure vessels. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment + Perform routine maintenance procedures + Interpret pneumatic system schematics + Troubleshoot pneumatic systems + Handle V-belt tensioning, valves and valve replacements, motors and drive systems + Work with contactors, starters, relays, switches, power supplies, and transformers + Maintain and repair electrical enclosures and wiring devices **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance + 1+ years of experience with automation machinery + Knowledge of 480V troubleshooting + Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the chemical or adhesive industry + Experience with powders + Ability to troubleshoot both Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including dental, health, vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan. You will be working directly with brand new, state-of-the-art machinery.
