**Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This role offers a significant growth opportunity, with the potential for advancement to a supervisory position. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open to working weekends, and willing to move to a night shift after training on days. You will work alongside our unique machines, which were engineered by our CEO, to ensure they run efficiently and maintain production quality. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including conveyor systems and pneumatics. + Work with electrical panels and perform basic facilities maintenance. + Operate and learn the unique gas-powered machines used to freeze sushi. + Train on day shifts and transition to night shifts. + Collaborate closely with the team to learn machine operations and maintenance procedures. + Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including wearing lab coats, hair nets, and other GMPs. + Work overtime as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Knowledge of conveyor systems and pneumatics. + Experience with electrical panels. + Basic facilities maintenance skills. + Ability to work overtime. + Willingness to learn and adapt to unique machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Packaging maintenance experience is a plus. + Experience in a food manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required. + Own basic tools (employer will provide tools for the first month). + Ability to work in a diverse environment and communicate effectively. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with a family-oriented culture.
