**Hiring Maintenance Mechanics in Thornton, CO** We are seeking skilled industrial maintenance technicians who will ensure production and manufacturing equipment is running safely and maintained to the highest standards for efficiency and maximum capacity. **Job Responsibilities:** + Ensure production and manufacturing equipment is operating safely and efficiently. + Coordinate and order parts needed for preventative maintenance or major replacements. + Conduct daily maintenance of the site. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems. + Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, electric and manual CNC machines, and conveyor systems. **Essential Skills/Qualifications:** + 4+ years of experience working as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial setting. + Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and troubleshooting. + Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge of automated equipment. + Electrical experience is a plus. + Familiarity with 3 phase 480v systems, PLC, VFD, HMI, and relays. + Experience in medical, chemical, food, or aggregate environments. **Why Work Here?** + Join a growing company with a great opportunity to become part of a developing maintenance team that is implementing a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and preventive maintenance schedule. **Work Environment** + This role is based in a manufacturing environment, which can be loud, dirty, and subject to temperature variations depending on the season. + The position is for the 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am) Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays (1:30pm – 9pm) depending on holidays and demand. + Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 60-90 days (5:30am – 3PM) until independent work on the 2nd shift is possible.
