Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical problems by making adjustments and repairs on building and production equipment. This position breaks down equipment and replaces, adjusts or repairs parts.
Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
Develops standard maintenance programs to be incorporated into operating manuals for customersAssists in identifying and resolving recurrent failuresSupports root cause analysis program for major failuresMaintains and repairs lift table and lift jacksKeeps machinery and production equipment in working condition and always ready for production, including forklift fleet and the service agreements on larger forklift repairs.Diagnoses and repairs issues with welding machines, trucks, and golf cartsMaintains adequate supply of parts to service and maintain equipment, and keeps detailed records for reporting of maintenance performed and parts used.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
