Job Description
We have openings for Maintenance Mechanics on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Recently switched to 8-hour shifts, the available hours are from 2pm to 10pm and from 10pm to 6am. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our production facilities.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and electrical functions.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingBlueprint ReadingElectrical and Mechanical RepairMechanical and Electrical TroubleshootingPreventative MaintenanceHydraulicsPneumaticsWeldingAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required5 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed production environment requiredWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00
