Job Description

Maintenance mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a brand new facility. The role involves working with various types of equipment including blades, conveyers, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machines, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors.

The company is expanding in the South MKE area, offering a high-paying job for the required work. All tools are provided, and the facility is brand new with 11 production lines currently in operation and 10 more to be added in 2025. Work Environment

The position is based at the Franklin location and operates on 3rd shift hours from 10:45 PM to 7 AM, typically working 6 days a week with significant overtime. Training will be on 1st shift for about one month before moving to 3rd shift. There is a $2/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. The facility is maintained at 55 degrees, and the dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves, are supplied. Jewelry, fake or long nails, and fake eyelashes are not allowed.
