Job Description

This role involves maintaining the facility's ISO certification across all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Responsibilities include repair and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing various systems, especially older machines that often need attention. The position also requires moving lines and rebuilding systems as necessary.

ResponsibilitiesPerform repair and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair older machines that frequently require maintenance.Ensure all systems meet ISO certification standards.Move and rebuild lines within the facility as needed.Maintain boilers, compressors, purified water systems, and mechanical and electrical systems.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in facilities management.Education in industrial maintenance (diploma, certification, or red seal).Experience with HVAC, boilers, compressors, purified water systems, mechanical and electrical systems.Skills in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems.Ability to work all shifts as they rotate and have on-call needs from time to time.Flexibility to adapt to a rotating shift schedule until assignments to one shift are planned.Why Work Here?

Work Details

The facility is very clean, with smocks provided for work in potentially dirty systems. The campus is large, with a huge kitchen on-site and a gym upstairs for use during breaks. The environment includes many sterile areas, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
