Job Description
Join a growing company as a Maintenance Technician where you will have the opportunity to grow into a supervisory role. You will start by training on day shifts and eventually move to night shifts. This role requires weekend work and overtime. You will be working with unique machines engineered by the CEO that freeze sushi in a specific way. Packaging maintenance experience is a plus, and you will need to wear lab coats and hair nets.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and other machinery.Operate and learn to maintain unique gas-operated machines designed by the CEO.Work with electrical panels and perform basic facilities maintenance.Train on day shifts initially and then transition to night shifts (9pm-6am or until tasks are completed).Understand and operate all machinery, starting side by side with experienced operators.Wear required food GMPs, including lab coats and hair nets.Essential SkillsExperience in preventive maintenance and conveyor systems.Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical panels.Ability to work overtime and weekends.Openness to learning and patience.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious food industry experience is a must.Basic facilities maintenance skills.Having your own basic tools (a month’s grace period provided).Ability to work in a diverse environment with multiple languages.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing facility that is not too cold. You will need to wear all the required food GMPs. The facility has just started making packed ramen and other food products.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $42.00
