Job Description
We are seeking two Maintenance Mechanics to work throughout our entire facility. These positions will primarily focus on performing preventative maintenance on our machines, especially before our peak season in April. The role involves maintaining, installing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatical, and hydraulic equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.Involved in the installation of new equipment and the repair of existing equipment.Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatical, and hydraulic systems.Plan and coordinate improvements to equipment to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reduce operating costs.Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment, including motors and motor controls.Fabricate brackets, supports, and other metal structures.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Maintain and repair thermoforming machines and conveyors.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Ability to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations.Maintenance experience in an industrial environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting.Welding skills.Why Work Here?
Although growth opportunities are limited and promotions are only available when someone leaves, the position offers shift differential pay, a $2 pay raise upon conversion, and a yearly pay raise of 4%. Work Environment
This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, working across various departments. Some departments may be louder and require specific PPE due to chemicals. The candidate will work on a team of four people but will often work independently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
