**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic. The primary role involves organizing and facilitating maintenance on all production and facility equipment to ensure optimal uptime and resolve quality and production issues. This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting. **Responsibilities** + Organize and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment. + Emphasize equipment uptime and resolve quality and production related issues. + Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings. + Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting. + Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components. + Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules. + Communicate clearly maintenance situations from one shift to another, including Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Manager. + Be accountable for plant-wide operational aspects, including progress toward quality and production goals. + Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality, and housekeeping. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician + Mechanical + Electrical + Hydraulics + Repair + Pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Blueprint reading + Welding + PLC troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Maintenance tech certification or equivalent experience **Work Environment** The position operates on a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with a 3 on 4 off schedule. Overtime is available after 8 hours worked, and time and a half is paid for any hours worked when called in.
