Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to work on Injection Blow Mold equipment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on plastic processing equipment. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems is essential. Emphasis is placed on documentation and keeping things organized.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Injection Blow Mold equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Identify and repair leaks in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Change motors, trace electrical shorts, and check fuses.Understand the operational nuances of plastic processing machines, including compressors and chillers.Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities.Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Essential SkillsExperience with pneumatics and hydraulics.Electrical skills, including changing motors and tracing shorts.Knowledge of plastic processing equipment.2-3 years of maintenance experience.Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to fill out work orders and order parts.Experience in vendor relations.Ability to communicate across shifts and within the department.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based on a manufacturing floor that follows cGMP standards. With 40 machines running, the environment is loud with constant moving parts and material. The role requires working in a busy, fast-paced setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe Township, New Jersey.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00

You will be eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan on the first day of the month following three months of service if you work at least 250 hours in your first three months of employment. This benefit plan provides for retirement savings through employee contributions and a company matching contribution. You can enroll in the Plan at the start of the month following three full months from your hire date.
PTO: Based on our fiscal year Oct 1st – Sept 30th
• 0-1 year of service employees will be frontloaded 40 hours of PTO on Oct 1st. New Hires PTO hours are prorated based on their hire date through Sept 30th.
• 2 year of service but less than 8 years of service employees will be frontloaded 80 hours of PTO (Oct 1st).
• 8 years of service but less than 18 years of service employees will be frontloaded 120 hours of PTO (Oct 1st).
Always Advancing to Protect What’s Important
• 18 or more years of service employees
will be frontloaded 160 hours of PTO (Oct 1st).
New employees start earning PTO as of their date of hire but will not be able to use until they have reached their 90 days of employment. PTO pay is calculated on a regular work week basis and shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay. Approved PTO may be taken in eight- hour increments. The first 40 hours of your PTO bank is considered NJ Sick & Safe Leave hours. Unused NJ Sick & Safe Leave hours will be paid out at the end of our fiscal year 9/30th if not used.
