Maintenance Mechanic
Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Responsible for building and equipment maintenance for the facility. The Maintenance Mechanic will be the sole maintenance technician on staff, tasked with performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and repairing the equipment as needed. They will handle minor facility repairs and outsource major HVAC or electrical issues to contractors. The role involves repair and maintenance on skillets, baggers, kettles, conveyors, and coolers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting between 5 or 6 AM and ending between 2-3 PM. Production runs from Monday to Thursday, with the mechanic being the only person on site on Fridays.

Work Environment

The work environment is a 25-person production facility focused on food production. The facility is not too large, allowing for a close-knit team atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00
