Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are a leading polyethylene manufacturer since 1959, specializing in both low- and high-density polyethylene extruders, printers, converters, and recyclers. Our diverse lines are designed to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our customers, with recyclable products made to custom specifications right here in America. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing various troubleshooting and repairs of machinery and facility equipment, following a set preventative maintenance schedule, and performing reactive maintenance as necessary.

ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting and repairs of machinery and facility equipment.Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient operation.Follow a set preventative maintenance schedule.Perform reactive maintenance as necessary.Essential Skills4 years of manufacturing experience performing electromechanical maintenance (50/50).2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.2+ years performing wiring and rewiring of machinery.Experience interpreting schematics.Experience interpreting mechanical prints.Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding/Fabrication experience.PLC Troubleshooting on Allen Bradley.Extrusion Machinery maintenance.Blow fill machinery maintenance.Experience in a plastics company.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
