Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with a minimum of 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, and making repairs to manufacturing equipment. This role requires the ability to work in extreme conditions and maintain detailed machine history logs.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and make repairs to manufacturing equipment.Document repairs and maintain machine history logs.Work in various types of extreme conditions (hot temperatures, tight quarters, ladders, lifts, etc.).Manage inventory methods and purchase orders.Use SAP and handle requisitions.Work overtime and be available “On Call” when necessary.Perform precision mechanical and electrical calibrations and repairs to industrial machinery in a “Test Bench” environment.Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, controls, and electrical/electronic equipment in “Emergency Breakdown” situations.Specify, design, and install circuits and/or instrumentation to solve specific needs or problems.Handle a shift independently with minimal supervision.Aspire to continually improve skills through “on the job” and self-directed training.Diagnose basic PLC and/or Robotic communications, including uploading and downloading programs.Utilize experience and troubleshooting skills to handle breakdowns, failures, and calibrations without additional support.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience.Ability to read blueprints.Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.Basic Machine Shop education and/or experience.Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and various other mechanical systems.Possession of hand tools in safe working order.Experience with Computer Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) preferred.Capability to diagnose PLC and/or Robotic communications.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years Community College degree, Technical Trade School certificate, Military Training, or equivalent formal education in electrical or electronics discipline.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing and production environment. The position follows a 2-2-3 night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM. The candidate must be able to work in extreme conditions and handle various physical requirements such as working in tight quarters, on ladders, and lifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
