Job Title: Electrical TechnicianJob Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Electrical Technician with 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical work. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Reading blueprintsDiagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issuesMaking repairs to manufacturing equipmentDocumenting repairs and maintaining machine history logsWorking in extreme conditions (high temperatures, confined spaces, ladders, lifts, etc.)Managing inventory methods and purchase orders using SAP & RequisitionsWorking overtime and being on call when necessaryPerforming other duties as assigned by the supervisorRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical experienceBasic machine shop education and/or experienceKnowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and various mechanical systemsPossession of hand tools in safe working order (specialty tools will be provided)Proficient computer knowledge, including familiarity with Computer Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) preferredKey Skills:Maintenance technicianTroubleshooting electrical issuesElectrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic expertiseAdditional Skills & Responsibilities:Performing precision mechanical and electrical calibrations and repairs to industrial machinery in a \"Test Bench\" environmentTroubleshooting and repairing instrumentation, controls, and electrical/electronic equipment in \"Emergency Breakdown\" situations and as directed through the \"Work Order\" systemSpecifying, designing, and installing circuits and/or instrumentation to solve specific needs or problemsOperating independently with minimal supervision, handling shifts aloneContinuously improving skills through on-the-job and self-directed trainingDiagnosing basic PLC and/or robotic communications, including uploading and downloading of programsUtilizing experience, troubleshooting skills, and research abilities to manage breakdowns, failures, and calibrationsOther duties as assigned by the supervisorPreferred Education:2 years Community College degree, Technical Trade School certificate, Military Training, or equivalent formal education in electrical or electronics disciplineExperience Level:Intermediate LevelPay & Benefits:The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 per hourShift: 2-2-3 Schedule - NIGHT SHIFT 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
