Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and mechanically inclined individuals to operate overhead cranes and manage the unloading and movement of materials in our heavy industrial environment. This role involves significant physical activity and a commitment to safety protocols in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
ResponsibilitiesOperate overhead cranes to unload trailers and move materials in the yard.Train for one month on general clean-up, color coding for steel, warehouse placement, and crane operation.Ensure safe operation by standing at a safe distance and adhering to all safety rules.Walk for 8-10 hour shifts to manage inventory and load flatbed trucks.Jump off and on trailers for loading and unloading.Possibly train to be a saw or brake operator if the skills are demonstrated.Learn and retain information based on a color coding system.Essential SkillsMechanically inclined with maintenance technician skills.Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.Basic math skills.Proficiency in reading and writing English.Ability to read a tape measure.Experience in warehouse production, landscaping, or construction.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a warehouse or with forklifts.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
