Overview

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance activities on plant rotating and fixed equipment such as pumps, agitators, thin film evaporators, piping, and heat exchangers.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on various types of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and dry screw vacuum pumpsDisassemble, refurbish, and reinstall various types of centrifugal pumpsPerform general plant maintenance activities such as replacing valves, pipefitting, pulling heat exchanger heads for testing/repairResponsible for performing preventative maintenance activities and troubleshooting equipment issuesWork safely and follow all company EHS policies and proceduresMaintain proper documentation in SAP and plant equipment filesPerform general plant maintenance activities to assist within department

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following:

High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years' experience in plant maintenanceMust be able to perform heavy lifting and function in a confined spaceMillwright experience is a plusPipefitter experience is a plus
