**Description** RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform preventative maintenance as required on all industrial equipment in the plant including but not limited to conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (arc/heli-arc), gearboxes/drives, valves/pumps, federal fillers, N8 fillers, etc. - Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, read, and interpret electrical drawings - Directs and coordinates assembly, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure equipment and systems conform to engineering design and internal specifications/standards - Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties - Ensure compliance with all company policies, plant rules, and regulations - Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring - Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems - Realigns and adjusts functional components and control instruments - Locates damaged air and liquid hydraulic pipes, lines, or wires - Performs set-up and operates metalworking tools for repair or creation of existing parts - Reads and understands schematic flowcharts and technical manuals - Must follow GMP's, SOP's, and SSOP's - Installs equipment for new electrical services (120V, 240V, and 480V 3-phase), including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contactors, relays, times, and controls - Performs electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work; installs or replaces circuit breakers, fuses, variable speed **Skills** Hydraulics, Pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, Welding, Blueprint, hvac, Preventive maintenance, conveyor system **Top Skills Details** Hydraulics,Pneumatics,electrical,mechanical **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Training / Experience in at least two or more of the following Areas: - Single and three phase industrial electricity and control systems AC/DC drive Systems - Pneumatics / hydraulics systems - Welding practices and techniques - Machining /fabricating practices and techniques - Industrial boiler operations - Water Treatment Systems HVAC Systems. **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
