Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, lockout/tagout/tryout, and automated equipment operations. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in troubleshooting PLC/electrical/electronics/robotics systems, though it is not a major requirement. Knowledge of arc flash safety is also preferred.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.Assemble and disassemble mechanical machines and facilities equipment.Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify and resolve root causes of malfunctions or poor process results.Configure and repair plumbing, and assist with brazing tasks.Assist Controls and Automation Technicians with basic electrical, PLC/controls, and automation troubleshooting and repairs.Essential Skills1-3+ years of professional experience or equivalent technical training in the maintenance of pneumatic, electrical, vacuum, or mechanical systems.Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.Ability to observe, interpret situations, and analyze and solve problems.Proficiency in shop mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Understanding of both SAE and Metric measurements.Ability to prioritize and manage changing tasks and duties.High school diploma or equivalent.Proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment as a maintenance mechanic.Technical training or coursework in industrial maintenance or industrial electronics/controls/automation.Advanced technical experience as a mechanic or in electrics/controls/electronics/automation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing plant setting. The schedule is a graveyard shift from Monday to Friday, 11:00pm to 7:30am. Training hours may differ. Our Client utilizes state-of-the-art metal injection molding (MIM) technology to create high-performing small precision metal components.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.70 - $33.00/hr.
