Monday - Friday, Shifts may vary

Under direct professional supervision, assumes critical responsibility for maintaining optimal operational efficiency of Medical Center infrastructure and equipment through systematic monitoring, preventive maintenance protocols, and necessary repairs.

Executes professional-grade carpentry operations, including structural wall repairs, precision patching, and standardized painting proceduresPerforms minor electrical maintenance, including diagnostics and repairs of HVAC systems, plumbing infrastructure, and vital hospital equipmentImplements strategic work prioritization to ensure timely completion of critical maintenance tasksMaintains adherence to patient confidentiality protocols and secures all sensitive departmental documentation in accordance with institutional policiesDemonstrates technical expertise in facility operations and equipment maintenanceEnsures compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance procedures in accordance with healthcare facility standardsCompany Description

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification is required.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):

Valid Third Class Maryland State Stationary Engineer operational license; welding certification and refrigeration certification

Critical Technical Experience: (Preferred)

One year boiler experience preferred; and one year of HVAC experience preferred.Additional Information
