Maintenance Mechanic | $32.24-$39.52 per hour | Monday-Friday | 2nd or 3rd shift | Direct Hire  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $32.24 plus per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm or 10:30pm-6:30am (training will take place on 1st shift 6am-2pm)Milwaukee, WIDirect Hire Job Description The Maintenance Mechanic ensures reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventative maintenance on machines and systems.  Will also diagnose, repair, and calibrate machines and equipment to include all mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic components and controls.  Responsibilities: Perform work safely and in compliance with company policiesReads and interprets equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders.Uses hand tools and measuring instruments to determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts.Assembles, installs, adjusts, and calibrate mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.Maintain documents and records, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, shop routings and specific engineering notes related to unique customer specifications.Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software  Benefits and Perks: $32.24-$39.52 per hour based on qualifications & experienceDirect HireExcellent benefits and opportunity for growth401K and PTO Your New Organization:Leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, growing from its beginnings in Cleveland, OH, to a global footprint across more than 30 countries and 200-plus locations.
