¿Cuál es tu día a día?

Realizar trabajos continuos de mantenimiento preventivo y órdenes de trabajo de reparación en sistemas mecánicos, plomería y otros sistemas en las instalaciones de edificios GMP y laboratorios.

Realizar reparación, mantenimiento, restauración y reemplazo de varios componentes de la estructura física interior y exterior de los edificios.

Apoyar cuando sea necesario otras tareas generales de las instalaciones para mantener las superficies interiores y exteriores del edificio.

Mantener y reparar puertas mecánicas y automáticas, cerraduras, mecanismos de cierre, cierrapuertas, muebles, persianas y controladores de ventanas.

Asistir al resto del equipo de operaciones en el mantenimiento, reparación y actividades especiales relacionadas a sistemas y componentes criticos dentro de los laboratorios GMP.

Realizar tareas relacionadas con sistemas de HVAC, refrigeradores, unidades de aire acondicionado y congeladores.

Trabajar de cerca con otro personal tecnico y personal instrumentista en el mantenimiento y reparacion de sistemas criticos como bombas, compresores, detectores de gases, "cold rooms", "glasswashers".

Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad, manteniendo buena limpieza y seguridad de las áreas de trabajo.

Reconocer peligros y riesgos de seguridad y proponer métodos para eliminarlos.

Cumplir con todas las políticas para el almacenamiento, uso y eliminación seguros de materiales peligrosos.

Utilizar sistemas de órdenes de trabajo como CMMS para documentar todo el trabajo realizado.

Se requiere:

2+ años de experiencia laboral aplicable en mantenimiento mecanico general de edificios GMP y/o laboratorios.

Contar con licencia de refrigeración (HVAC) vigente, u otras licencias técnicas afines a la tarea.

Contar con licencia de conducir vigente.

Familiaridad con CMMS (sistema de gestión de mantenimiento por computadora).

Debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras, subir escaleras de hasta 30 pies y sentirse cómodo usando equipo de elevacion aéreos (scissor lift, boom lift)

El puesto requiere trepar, agacharse, arrodillarse, levantar y conducir con frecuencia.

Debe ser competente en realizar de manera segura trabajos en altura o en escaleras.

Habilidades deseadas:

Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

Habilidades demostradas en mecánica, electricidad, carpintería y pintura.
