**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **$32-$42/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of metal stamping and fabricating equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining and repairing punch presses, press brakes, shear equipment, Pem Insertion Machines, and machining centers. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair punch presses and related peripheral equipment. + Maintain and repair press brakes, light curtains, and back gauges. + Service shear equipment and Pem Insertion Machines. + Repair and maintain machining centers. + Work with tool room equipment including lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders. **Essential Skills** + Basic machine shop knowledge, welding, and fabrication skills. + Strong understanding of safe work practices. + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. + Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pneumatics and hydraulics. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics. + Skill in electrical and PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Competency in industrial maintenance and machine maintenance. + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. + Ability to perform CNC maintenance. + Strong welding skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
