**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for making repairs and performing preventative maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment. The role involves assisting Senior Maintenance in maintaining plant mechanical and building equipment, installing piping and mechanical equipment as directed, and troubleshooting and repairing all routine mechanical failures or malfunctions. The Maintenance Mechanic will also assist in the construction and/or repair of all plant equipment, keep records as required, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Maintaining all assigned work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition is essential. **Responsibilities** + Assist Senior Maintenance in maintaining plant mechanical and building equipment. + Install piping and mechanical equipment as directed. + Troubleshoot and repair all routine mechanical failures or malfunctions and acquire some knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Assist in the construction and/or repair of all plant equipment. + Keep records as required. + Perform the duties of a B Maintenance Mechanic. + Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. + Maintain all assigned work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition as circumstances permit. **Essential Skills** + Experience with robotic controllers, pneumatic and hydraulic modules, electromechanical sensing, automated systems, schematics, PLC programming, and technician skills. + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Industrial preventive maintenance and repair. + Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, blueprints, and hand tools. + Experience with heavy equipment and production maintenance repair. + Computer programming, robotics, and automation knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + US citizenship to meet Export Control Regulations. + Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment in an Electrician role. + PLC experience and the ability to interpret blueprints. + Ability to communicate effectively with operators about programs and necessary actions. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers competitive pay, stability, and a comprehensive benefits package.
