Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description Investigate, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic equipment Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, pallet jacks, & forklifts Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to a PM schedule Work from technical drawings or electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics Collaborate with operations, engineering, and the facilities team on various projects We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Computer literate, able to easily learn and use Computerized Maintenance Software Skilled use of hand and power tools Able to work with electronics (soldering & technical knowledge) Basic plumbing skills for water hoses, pneumatics, and hydraulics Self-starter, self-motivated, works well in team environment Must build productive internal/external working relationships Ability to handle high pressure, prioritize work, and understand impact of duties Respond to metric/goal driven environment, take initiative to meet goals Strong communication, interpersonal skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, operators, engineers and support staff.
