Maintenance mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a brand new facility in Franklin.

All tools are provided by the company. You will work in a brand new facility with 11 production lines in operation and 10 more lines being added in 2025. Work Environment

The facility is located in Franklin. This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 10:45 PM - 7 AM, typically working 6 days a week with a good amount of overtime required. Training will be on the 1st shift for about one month before moving to the 3rd shift. There is a $2/hour shift premium for all hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. The facility is maintained at 55 degrees, and the dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves, are supplied by the company. No jewelry, fake/long nails, or fake eyelashes are allowed.
