**Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support the daily activities in the warehouse. This position is ideal for a midlevel mechanic with prior experience in distribution environments. The candidate should be familiar with conveyor maintenance and repairing material handling equipment. **Responsibilities** + Service repairs for plumbing, painting, basic electrical, and machines. + Provide battery maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks. + Pick up supplies, equipment, and company products from off-site locations. + Assist outside vendors with receipt and use of supplies and parts for the maintenance department. **Work Environment** + The work environment is a food industrial facility, which is cold and wet. It is a fast-paced environment. + Shift: 12 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday + Flexibility in days and hours is required, as production operates 24/7 + Over the summer months, roughly 45-50 hours per week are required **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + GMP Environment + Hydraulic repairs + Packaging Equipment + PLC troubleshooting + Machine diagnostics + Conveyor maintenance **Why Work Here?** We take care of our employees with holiday parties, cookouts, and community work.
