**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**$28- $38/hr**
**Job Description**
You will troubleshoot, modify, repair, and install manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment for various systems including vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, induction, heating, lubrication, abrasive, and pressure cleaning systems, and their components. Your role will also involve plumbing, machining, welding, and fabrication tasks to maintain these machines and tools. You will execute work orders based on plant priority.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot, modify, repair, and install manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment.
+ Perform plumbing, machining, welding, and fabrication tasks on machinery.
+ Execute work orders according to plant priority.
+ Maintain and repair vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, induction, heating, lubrication, abrasive, and pressure cleaning systems.
+ Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Heavy mechanical experience in a heavy industrial environment.
+ Electrical knowledge.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Preventive maintenance skills.
+ PLC troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Millwright experience in a sawmill or heavy industrial environment preferred.
+ Experience with automation/PLC is a plus.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a foundry facility with areas of high heat, dust, and noise. The facility includes overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

This is a Permanent position based out of PORTLAND, Oregon.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $59716.00 - $80516.00/yr.
