**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the Preventative and Repair Maintenance of all plant equipment. They will also be responsible for the upkeep of the facility such as Air Duct, Facility Maintenance, and Installation projects for new plant equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic will report to the maintenance manager and follow the maintenance schedule, as well as handle emergency repairs to machinery. They will partner closely with the Maintenance Manager and leadership in the plant to install, set up, and ensure smooth operation of all plant equipment.
**Shift and Pay**
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm to 3:30pm 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. OT as business demands
Training will be a few weeks or months on 1st shift : Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. OT as business demands
$24-$25/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and repair maintenance on all plant equipment.
+ Maintain facility infrastructure including air ducts and general facility maintenance.
+ Manage installation projects for new plant equipment.
+ Follow maintenance schedules and handle emergency repairs to machinery.
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and plant leadership to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
+ Work on machinery including extruders, mixing machines, ribbon blends, chiller units, and light industrial lab equipment used in powder coating manufacturing.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including welding and other maintenance tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Industrial maintenance experience.
+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Welding experience.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
