**Description** Position is open d to long term internal employee moving to support their Bristol, PA site - theyre backfilling him. This person will also be responsible for training. They are looking for someone that have several years of hands on troubleshooting and repairs of CNC machines (ideally mills and/or swiss machines). They will also be responsible for basic upkeep of the facility - light electricalm plumbing, HVAV- anything major will be sourced out. Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production times. Able to perform complex maintenance repairs. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them utilizing all available reference materials. Ability to determine the cause of operating errors and deciding what to do about them. Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Ability to resolve conflicts and work well with peers, supervisors, and management staff; as well as, outside vendors. Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates. Ability to comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to management staff. Ability to wear proper PPE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
