**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a Food & Beverage facility. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v. Candidates should have a background in aircraft maintenance, bearing changes, sprocket replacements, motor and alternator repairs, and extensive conveyor systems. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, including but not limited to ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC systems, and steam system. + Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of the facility. + Follow and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures at all times. + Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards as well as HACCP compliance and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Electrical + Mechanical + Repair + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Industrial **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. + Automation experience with ABB or Fanuc + Experience with conveyors, including hightoll and interlock conveyors + Experience with motor controls and VFDs **Why Work Here?** We offer multiple wage increases, a 401k match, tool reimbursement, up to $2,000 tuition reimbursement, and boot reimbursement up to $100.
