**Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire)** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining hydraulic systems, gearboxes, conveyor equipment, vibrating feeders, hammer mills, cranes, mechanical drives, and assorted industrial equipment. Your tasks will include reading and working from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, instruction books, diagrams, and other provided instructions. You will be expected to fill out reports and other necessary paperwork accurately. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, assemble, inspect, test industrial equipment, machinery, structures, and facilities. You will also install, inspect, maintain, and repair piping systems, associated fixtures, and equipment. This role involves performing cutting, welding, brazing, and soldering work with metal sheet and plate, including the necessary layout work. You will operate cranes, mobile equipment, and erect and disassemble scaffolding in conjunction with repair work. **Preferred Skills** + Experience in heavy industrial environment + Proficient with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulics, conveyor systems, gear boxes + Skilled in using hand tools, measuring devices, power tools (drill presses, saws, grinders, etc.) + Ability to read and work from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, instruction books, diagrams **Perks** + Highest in Industry shift differential for any hours working on swing shift + 401K matches 6%.
