Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining hydraulic systems, gearboxes, conveyor equipment, vibrating feeders, hammer mills, cranes, mechanical drives, and assorted industrial equipment. Your tasks will include reading and working from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, instruction books, diagrams, and other provided instructions. You will be expected to fill out reports and other necessary paperwork accurately. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, assemble, inspect, test industrial equipment, machinery, structures, and facilities. You will also install, inspect, maintain, and repair piping systems, associated fixtures, and equipment. This role involves performing cutting, welding, brazing, and soldering work with metal sheet and plate, including the necessary layout work. You will operate cranes, mobile equipment, and erect and disassemble scaffolding in conjunction with repair work.
