The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will perform basic tasks and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the Piney Flats Fulfillment Center. Your primary tasks will include working on conveyors, Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT equipment), and general building maintenance. You will work on-site at the fulfillment center and report directly to the Facilities Area Manager.

Your Impact

Facilitate general facility repairs such as plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, HVAC, and wall repair.Perform repairs on dock doors, dock locks, and dock plates to resolve problems and ensure successful operation.Escort and assist outside vendors.Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to production-related equipment, Powered Industrial Trucks, and building equipment.Support planned and unplanned repairs and preventative maintenance.

What You Bring

High School graduate or equivalent; Industrial mechanic trade school courses or certification (i.e., electrical, controls, plumbing, welding) or equivalent military technical training.1+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical systems.Must have a valid driver's license.Can repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
