Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II - (commercial/industrial) to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting various operational areas. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HVAC Mechanic
**Location:** Onsite – Stanford University, Stanford, CA
**Pay Range:** $51.26 - $60.71 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Install, inspect, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems in diverse environments.
+ Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
+ Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC instrumentation and controls.
+ Conduct electrical work related to HVAC system maintenance.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance services as directed.
**What's Needed?**
+ 4-7 years of HVAC experience at the journey level.
+ Equivalent to four years of completion in an apprentice program or a combination of education and work experience.
+ Proficiency in HVAC tools, materials, and equipment.
+ Valid California Non-commercial Class C Driver’s License.
+ Current EPA Certification and/or Universal Technician Certification.
