**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** **Responsibilities** + Perform responsive maintenance repairs on extrusion and other production machinery. + Inspect and perform preventive maintenance (PM) as needed for multiple departments. + Rebuild and overhaul complete machinery. + Maintain and repair plant systems including plumbing, chiller/tower systems, material dryers, compressors, and pumps. + Perform basic electrical repairs (not a necessary skill, but nice to have). + Instruct and guide production employees through troubleshooting to maintain quality and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance + Hydraulics + Welding + Repair + Supporting and maintaining the PM program for production equipment + Troubleshooting mechanical and operator issues **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or 3+ years of mechanically inclined work (military mechanic, automotive/diesel) + Experience in repairing hydraulic cylinders and pumps + Basic electrical repair skills (nice to have) **Why Work Here?** Very clean working environment with a comprehensive benefits package.
