Responsibilities

IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & payment manufacturing located in Rancho Dominguez, CA, is looking to add a Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing Maintenance team

 

Shift: Saturday - Tuesday (Saturday alternates): 6:00pm - 6:00am

 

Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician will perform service, corrective maintenance, and routine preventive maintenance on a variety of electro-mechanical card and mail processing equipment. Train with maintenance technician team to learn the correct process in which to service machines and support production needs.

 

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical repairs on the machinery.​Perform corrective maintenance on the machinery.​Rebuild/repair mechanical modules and assemblies.​Perform routine preventive maintenance on the machinery which includes lubrication and cleaning of air filters.​Adhere to the procedures outlined in the technical Support Maintenance Procedure.​Communicate pertinent information to the Technical Services Manager/Supervisor, Technicians, and Production Staff.​Adhere to ISO 9001 specifications and requirements. Qualifications Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. ​Must be able to service equipment in an accurate and timely manner. ​Requires standing and walking, exerting up to 75lbs of lifting, carrying, pulling or otherwise moving objects on occasion.​ Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
