**Position Overview**
Adecco is hiring for a **Maintenance Mechanic** who is responsible for performing a range of facility maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixtures and addressing safety-related repairs. Additionally, this role involves supporting preventive maintenance, machinery repairs, and general upkeep. The shift is Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm and the pay is $18.00 an hour. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Assist with machinery maintenance, including setup, repairs, and machine rebuilding.
+ Fabricate parts needed for repairs using machine shop tools and equipment.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on production machinery, following detailed diagrams, operational manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering guidelines.
+ Respond to maintenance inquiries by providing helpful information and addressing requests.
+ Oversee general maintenance tasks for the building and facility.

**Qualifications**
+ **Required** : High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ **Preferred** : 2 years of related maintenance experience.
**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands outlined below are representative of those that may be required for this position. Specific demands will vary depending on work assignments.
+ **Strength Level** : Heavy work, involving:
+ Occasional exertion of 50 to 100 pounds of force.
+ Frequent exertion of 25 to 50 pounds.
+ Constant exertion of 10 to 20 pounds to move objects.
**Frequent Physical Actions**
+ Reaching with hands and arms.
+ Handling objects through grasping, holding, and turning.
+ Working with fingers in tasks that involve picking or pinching.
+ Focusing on close-up tasks with clear vision at 20 inches or less.
+ Judging distances and spatial relationships for three-dimensional awareness.
**Occasional Physical Actions**
+ Climbing (e.g., ladders, stairs) with an emphasis on body agility.
+ Maintaining balance on narrow, slippery, or unstable surfaces.
+ Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and crawling as needed.
+ Feeling attributes of objects, such as size and texture, by touch.
+ Communicating orally to exchange information.
+ Hearing sounds and distinguishing auditory cues.
+ Adjusting focus to bring objects into clear view.
+ Identifying and distinguishing between colors.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
