**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Weekend Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the weekend shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting maintenance duties for the entire plant, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding. This role requires a high level of expertise in fabrication, metal cutting, and welding. **Responsibilities** + Conduct maintenance duties for the entire plant and mobile fleet. + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors. + Replace conveyors and other equipment as needed. + Engage in metal fabrication, cutting, and welding. + Change drives and perform electrical maintenance. + Conduct maintenance on mobile vehicles and rolling stock. + Troubleshoot high-speed automation and PLC systems. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and fabrication. + Experience with conveyors, shakers, and screening machines. + Welding and fabricating experience. + Knowledge of 3-phase motors and electrical systems. + Experience performing maintenance on mobile vehicles. + Familiarity with high-speed automation and PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, and hydraulics is helpful but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team with good benefits and opportunities for overtime. Work 36 hours and paid for 40 hours. **Work Environment** This role is in a 300,000 sq ft. plant with a QA lab and computer control rooms. The facility can be dusty, and workers will get dirty. Hours are Friday-Sunday from 6:30am-7pm, with overtime as needed.
