This position will plan, organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy. Greet all residents, vendors, and contractors in a warm professional manner, always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and maintain professional relationship with guests. This person is directly responsible for resident communication regarding maintenance related issues and liaison between the Maintenance Department and the office staff.This position will plan, organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, vendors, and contractorsRespond to residential complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the officeAssist with maintenance related questions residents may have or refer to the appropriate staff member or department Assist Service Manager(s) in scheduling vendors and/or contractors for service repairs with proper follow up and documentationHelp direct residents to the proper resourcesAnswering and responding to calls from resident’s, and/or other departments to keep work flow and communication activeDispatch service requests out to technicians per severity and priority from resident portal or other departmentsShare ideas for improving resident satisfaction and organization of workflow with the Service Manager(s)Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with residents, vendors, and contractorsFollow up with residents regarding work orders, scheduling, and satisfactory of completed service ticketsProvide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met Regular attendance and punctualityAdditional Functions and Responsibilities:
